On 1 June 2022, MGI hosted the 3rd meeting of the Information System Security (ISS) Observatory for the Marseille port community.
The ISS Observatory was created by the Marseille Port Authority in September 2021, and brings together port community Information System Security Officers to work on themes associated with Cybersecurity.
The idea behind the ISS Observatory is to discuss current issues linked to Cybersecurity, and share about information system security challenges faced by Marseille port community professionals. This includes how they have responded to cyberattacks, with what resources and tools, how quickly and with what outcomes. The participants share their experiences, but everything remains confidential, of course.
The next ISS Observatory meeting will be on 14 September. If you are involved in cybersecurity activities at your organisation, please sign up with Mr Paul Franquart, the qualified authority for information systems security (AQSSI) for the Marseille Port Authority: Paul.Franquart@marseille-port.fr
“The ISS Observatory gives us the opportunity to get to know each other within the Marseille port community, to share our different approaches to information system security resilience, and discuss the development of joint tools and crisis plans in the event of a cyber-attack on the Marseille port community,” says F. Frestel, MGI ISSO.
