
Christophe Reynaud, Head of Innovation at MGI, took part in the Smart Port & Smart City event on 21 November at 8:45am at La Coque, Marseille.
As part of a day focused on “Efficient and secure smart cities and ports using IoT & Big Data technologies” organised by the Secured Communicating Solutions (SCS) World Competitiveness Cluster, MGI participated in the Smart Port section on a Vision for innovative services in the Port of the Future. Christophe Reynaud presented MGI’s role in the Smart Port initiative, focusing on the Channel 5 solution, alongside Javier Gil Quijano from CEA Tech, project partner. Channel 5 is a decision-making tool for ports that uses Artificial Intelligence and won the Logistics Trophy at the 2017 Port of the Future conference.
The SCS cluster hopes that these events bring together buyers and high-level operators with technology providers.
