
Christophe Reynaud, Innovations Manager at MGI, will speak at the Metropolitan Economics Conference in Marseille on Monday 29 February. The theme of the meeting is: ‘Boosting the manufacturing logistics and port economy in the metropolis’.
Christophe will take part in the panel discussion on ‘Smart Ports and Energy, two keys for diversifying port activity’ alongside the following speakers:

Georges Seimandi, territorial delegate for Rhône Mediterranean, GRT Gaz

The round table will be moderated by Frédéric Dagnet, Director of Evaluation and Prospective Studies of the Marseille Port Authority.
Christophe will explain how the Port Community System AP+ installed in major French ports and its successor Ci5, will contribute to the emergence of Smart Ports. He will also identify the possible benefits through synergies between ports, innovation and digital technology.
This conference is organised by the Interministerial Mission for the Marseille Fos Port and the Aix-Marseille Metropolis in partnership with the Marseille-Provence Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Caisse des Dépôts de l’Etablissement Public Foncier Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.
