MGI is a recognised expert in digital logistics and is currently serving as incubator for a startup (MVP phase) focused on facilitating the exchange of logistics documents in Europe.

Job description

Your sales talents will contribute to the development of this startup as part of our international incubator team of around 10 people based in Marseille and Amsterdam.

We have ambitious development objectives and we need your help to achieve them.

Your role will initially include:

  • Prospecting and onboarding clients willing to take part in the platform’s pilot phase in France and Europe (freight forwarders, carriers)
  • Identifying needs during client meetings to feed into the product roadmap
  • Contributing to the platform launch sales plan

Profile

You should have:

  • good B2B sales experience (prospecting, needs analysis, negotiation, closing and follow-up),
  • a good understanding of logistics and the regulatory framework.

You should be adaptable, independent and inquisitive, and interested in achieving ambitious targets within the dynamic and changing context of a new market-leading service launch.

You must have completed 3 to 5 years of higher education in business or logistics, and be looking for a job with customer contact and the opportunity to work with new technologies.

You should be an excellent communicator, have a dynamic personality and love working in a team.

Interview process

At least 2 interviews, including one on site.

Languages

Fluent professional English is required (target clientele = Europe).

Another language would be a bonus

Working from home in France/Europe is possible
