Following the supervisory board meeting held on 21 September, Béatrice Brun has been appointed as a member of the MGI Executive Board, joining Rémi Julien, Chairman of the Board and Alain Perez, member of the board.
Béatrice Brun joined MGI in 2001 as a general accountant. She has helped the company grow by creating and structuring her department. In 2009, she became the head of accounting. In 2018, she obtained her master’s in business management, strategy and finance from KEDGE Business School.
She is currently Chief Administrative and Financial Officer for MGI and statutory auditor for the France PCS consortium.
In her new role, she will be directly contributing to the development of MGI with the ongoing improvement of our Ci5 software, development of the France PCS consortium to help make French logistics more competitive and efficient, and the launch of new services.
“This nomination proposal was unanimously approved by the Supervisory Committee, which had already come to appreciate Béatrice’s skills in her regular contributions at Board meetings,” says Xavier Lassalle, Chairman of the MGI Supervisory Board. “There’s no doubt that she will be playing a full role in the implementation of MGI’s strategy for years to come.”
